Julea Leiter, BCBA/LBA, Professional educator, started in the field of autism in 1991. She became board certified as an assistant behavior analyst (BCaBA) in 2002 and in 2016 became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She graduated from Eastern Illinois in 1995 with a degree in early childhood special education, large emphasis in

She graduated from Eastern Illinois in 1995 with a degree in early childhood special education, large emphasis in speech and language, and K-12 special education. Julea has won several awards for being a teacher of the year in the school and district. She worked as a regular education teacher, teacher at a school for children that were expelled from school, as a district level employee and as a special education teacher in the sixth largest school district in the country. Julea graduated from University of Washington in 2016 with a master's degree in special education and applied behavior analysis. Julea has been a Clinical Director, School District level Behavior Specialist, ESL teacher, ABA technician, BCABA, Montessori teacher, Educational Director and a public school teacher for preschool, elementary, middle and high school students for both regular and special education classrooms. Her passion is working with children and families. Julea has also been nominated for a Golden Apple Achievement award as a teacher and received a teacher of the year award.
Caitlin graduated from Washington State University with a B.S. in Psychology and minor in child development in 2014. She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015, where she started out as a therapy assistant/behavior technician and worked to ultimately become a BCBA. She has an M.S. in Children & Young People's Mental

She has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2015, where she started out as a therapy assistant/behavior technician and worked to ultimately become a BCBA. She has an M.S. in Children & Young People's Mental Health & Psychological Practice from the University of Ediburgh, Scotland and an M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She was been with Dimensions ABA for four years and plans to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology in the next few years.

Her oldest son is out of school and serves his community as an Emergency Medical Technician. Her younger son will be starting college next year.

Jieyang was born in China and came to the U.S. to pursue her dream of a higher education. She graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a B.A. degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. Lavanya has been living with her husband and two daughters in the eastside area for the past 25 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting.
She started her career as an assistant teacher at a local Montessori school. Lavanya joined Dimensions ABA as a Billing manager in 2017. She is also certified with the state as a behavior technician.

Joshua grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado. He has been working in the field of ABA since 2019. Joshua obtained a master's degree in Special Education with a concentration in ABA from Arizona State university. Joshua is currently a LABA in the state of Washington and working towards becoming Board-Certified in Applied Behavior Analysis.
